My strength lies in the combination: enough of a generalist to see the whole picture — strategy, organisation, processes, suppliers and people — and a specialist in ERP, business integration, warehouse and production automation (WMS, MES, SCADA) and traceability with GS1, track & trace and the Digital Product Passport. This lets me discuss direction with the board as easily as details with key users and suppliers.
In the end, a transition is carried by the people who have to do the work. That is why I invest in the connection with them: listening to what is happening on the shop floor, building involvement and making sure changes actually take hold in practice.
I work clearly and with focus: clear agreements, honest communication and always the question of what something contributes to the result. In addition, I hold a formal partner role as Country Partner for the Netherlands and Belgium at Vurbis, focused on business integration.
